• Pricing Currency: All prices listed on our platform are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable statutory taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Price Adjustments: Due to global tech market conditions, exchange rates, and manufacturer changes, product prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Stock Verification: While we endeavor to maintain real-time inventory synchronization, if a product becomes out of stock after order placement, UNU Technology will notify the customer immediately and provide an instant refund or alternative option.
• Product Images: Images are for illustrative purposes. Original manufacturer packaging and slight color variations may occur.

Orders can be placed online through our website, via telephone helpline (01340751013), or directly at our showroom.

• Payment Methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), Mobile Financial Services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), and Debit/Credit Cards.
• Order Confirmation: All online and COD orders require verification via SMS or phone call prior to courier dispatch. UNU Technology reserves the right to cancel unverified or suspicious orders.
• Advance Payment for COD (Outside Dhaka): For high-value electronics dispatched outside Dhaka, a nominal partial advance shipping fee may be required.

5. Warranty Policy & RMA Guidelines

Products sold by UNU Technology carry official manufacturer or distributor warranties where applicable:

• Warranty Claim Process: Customers must present the original purchase invoice and intact serial stickers when claiming warranty.
• Warranty Exclusions: Warranty does NOT cover physical damage, burn marks, liquid spillage, thunder/lightening strikes, high voltage surges, broken pins, or unauthorized tampering.
• Service Period: Official warranty servicing typically takes 7 to 15 working days depending on manufacturer service center turnaround times.

All trademarks, brand logos, product graphics, website layout, and text content on unutechnology.net are the property of UNU Technology or respective brand owners. Unauthorized copying, automated scraping, or misuse of website resources is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any legal disputes arising out of transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
